Skateboard Kid is a kid at the Poptropica Towers on Early Poptropica Island. He informs you that you can bounce on the clothes lines, thus carrying the plot along.

Skateboard Guy is quite adventurous, apparently he likes skating on the clothes lines.
Storyline
He appears at Poptropica Towers. When prompted, he’ll tell you that you can get some air off of the clothes lines. With this bit of information in mind, plus the info you get from the Green Explorer, you can put two and two together and use the clothes lines to get up to the Purple Giant.
