Today, I have very exciting news, if you didn't already know from the new wordmark and background, this month is Poptropica Wiki's 5th birthday! The official date the wiki was created is July 11, 2008. We know this because Jakeejakee's (Jakeejakee is the founder of this wiki) first edit was on August 19, 2008 on his/her userpage. You may think, "But wouldn't August 19, 2008 be the founded date?". The reason we know it was founded on July 11, 2008 is because of what Jakeejakee wrote on his/her userpage. Here is what he/she wrote:
